A pályamű leírása:

N The project was initiated by the Ortioara CityHall in 2007, in full imobiliar boom. Crisis led to a late begining in execution, so the works started only in 2010 with a pale recovery in estate development and raising a budget for starting work. The works were performed with breaks for the next 5 years, being now on the verge of concluding and reception. Over time, the solution has kept its integrity through continuous presence on site so that the requested modifications or adaptations made it , even if it was an old project, keet the appearance and impact of a current/actual concept, from an interior design and finishes or general atmosphere once the construction completed . The desire was to avoid a massive volume as building perception. The aligned volume theme to the hill slope was one of the basic ideas of the project. This underscores the idea of a discreet volume to adjust to topology spot with so much as talk of Banat as geographic region, meaning a plain, former marsh area, virtually a complete lack of dynamism in the horizon. In our case, the volume includes inclined suggested partial basement and take over the hill slope on wich is built. The duality and contrast is emphasized in shades used and materiality. Thus we have a white frame content on a pedestal black antrait. Sheet used as roofing material, the texture and direction, profile building and marks once more this white minimalist presence, behind the existing front houses building. We proposed expressly an atypical volume, built unrelated to the context, because we considered the positive impact, our intervention will have on the site. The result, from the social point of view, places already the projected construction in high interest by atracting not only the local population but also media, the construction being already heavily publicized .
