The conferences will offer support to the BETA 2016 competition, covering all 16 competitional categories.

1st Jury conference  - 23 november
Located at the intersection between EDUCATION, PROFESSION and CITY, the conferences will focus especially on the theoretical and critical research of architecture, having as starting point the activity and current concerns of the 3 members of the jury in the directions set out by the categories judged within the BETA 2016 competition, namely: Graduation projects, Architectural Visions and Architectural Text.

2nd Jury conference  - 24 november
The conferences will bring to the fore a series of models and methods of operating at the city level, having as starting point the activity and current concerns of the 3 members of the jury in the directions set out by the categories judged within the BETA 2016 competition, namely: Urban / Rural Development, Public Space, Initiatives for architecture, Art in public space and Infrastructure.
